Busy Cleaning provide a complete cleaning and maintenance service to landlords. This is more than just cleaning. It is a facility management operation encompassing everything from maintaining the cleanliness of toilets and stairwells to the emptying of bins, monitoring the collection of refuse and keeping up a constant watch for graffiti.
The specific needs of a facility or building are identified and schedules and targets agreed for daily, weekly and monthly activities. This might be anything from general tidying of a janitor cupboard, vacuuming, polishing and collecting waste or detritus from communal areas to gully cleans, hosing down of pavements and maintaining car parks and adjacent alley ways.
The Busy Cleaning landlord services team work in shifts constantly cleaning, sweeping and hosing down specified areas of the buildings for which we have responsibility. Always keeping an eye out and reporting on damage to floors, walls, and stair ways and noting and replacing failed lights and or electrical faults with door systems. Our teams are trained to deal with the needs of the public, tradesmen on site and the day-today users of these premises. They are always courteous, professional and often advising on how tenants can best comply with regulations.
Busy Cleaning offices are based in Swansea, South Wales and our landlord services cover a wide area from Llanelli, Neath, Port Talbot, Merthyr Tydfil, Bridgend to Cwmbran and anywhere inbetween.
